Chrysler 300 I drive by one of these all the time that's just sitting there in the weather. Not a ragtop but still it bothers me to see it sitting there like that. But I know if I ask about it he'll want ten thousand bucks instead of parting with it to someone who would restore it.

1959 Peugeot 403 Cabriolet LOL In far worse shape than any of the other Peugeot 403s on site, yet it's the only one with a rope around it. Only Peter Falk could accomplish something like that. The 1960 Valiant was an interesting car. Mechanically it was superb for the time. I never liked the styling, though at least it isn't bland. But the dashboard! Ergonomically amazing, and a full 25 years ahead of its time. By 1985, everyone was doing it.
