Myth Two: It's the great unwashed middle of the nation which is supporting Trump. Fact: Trump's best performance to date was Massachusetts, and the only states with no Atlantic or Pacific ports to date in which Trump has won by more than four percentage points over his closest Republican competition are New Hampshire, Nevada, Alabama, Tennessee, Michigan, Mississippi, Illinois, and Arizona. Some of his biggest losses have been in Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Kansas and Texas.
